Return and Exchange Policy
We strive for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange or return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Returns and Refunds
We aim to reduce unnecessary transportation and thereby minimize our environmental impact. Therefore, we encourage our customers to carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and reviews before making a purchase.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item. If you have ordered multiple items, or if the item consists of several parts, the withdrawal period begins when you have received the last item or the final part of the item. If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, and with the packaging/seal/technical seal unbroken.
For a return to be approved, the following conditions apply:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included and in new condition.

The customer is responsible for returning the product in the same condition as received.

Returns must be sent using a traceable shipping method, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for proper packaging of the return. The product must be sent in its original condition and in original or equivalent protective packaging. Damage caused by insufficient packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
If the product is damaged during return shipping or returned in a deteriorated condition, we reserve the right to deduct an amount for diminished value in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.
Once we have received and inspected the item, a refund will be processed within 7 days. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the refund will be denied and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Refunds are issued within 3–7 days after we have received and approved the return. Any shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.
Please note that return shipping costs may be high for heavy items over 4 kg.
Product Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us via email or the contact form and provide your order number along with the item or size you wish to exchange for. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges can be made for a different model or size. The new item will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved. Return shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.
Non-Approved Returns
The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used beyond what is necessary to determine function and condition.

Products without original packaging or with missing accessories.

Items where the seal has been broken for hygiene or health reasons.
-
Returns sent later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
-
Strollers that have been used outdoors.
Transport Damage & Claims
If you, as a private customer, receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report this within 7 days of receipt.
In the case of transport damage, we will replace the damaged parts or send a new product if necessary.
If the item is approved for repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. After repair, the item will be returned at no additional cost.
Damage reported later than 7 days after receipt will not be handled as transport damage.
Returns must be well packaged to avoid damage during return transport.
Uncollected Shipments
You are responsible for collecting your package within the time stated on the delivery notice. If you do not accept the delivery or fail to collect the package from the pickup point, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we may charge a fee for shipping and handling costs.
If the customer wishes for the item to be reshipped, a new shipping fee will apply. In the case of a return, this fee will be deducted from the refund.
Order Cancellation
If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, a handling fee will be charged:

SEK 195 for items up to 2 kg

SEK 395 for items between 2–4 kg

SEK 495 for items over 4 kg
-
SEK 595 for items over 10 kg
This is because the item may already have been packed and dispatched.
When canceling an order, you must clearly state the order number as well as the first and last name and phone number used at the time of purchase. You must contact us via email at: support@officialairova.com.
Right of Withdrawal
As a private customer, you have the right under the Distance Selling Act to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Products that are custom-made according to your specifications or personalized.

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons if the seal has been broken.
You have the right to inspect the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used or handled in such a way that it can no longer be sold as new, compensation for diminished value of up to 20% may be required.
If the packaging needs to be opened to test the product’s function, this must be done as carefully as possible, and the packaging should be returned together with the product. Please note that items with broken seals or technical tamper seals are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
